Matilda Lazeri has been in the hair industry for over 25 years. What started as an accidental career path quickly turned into a lifelong passion. Over the years, she has fallen in love with everything this industry has to offer, as it has allowed her to grow both professionally and personally.
After spending 25 years in a salon setting, Matilda took a bold step and opened her own studio. This new chapter has given her the opportunity to continue evolving while deepening her connections with clients. For her, the most rewarding aspect of the business is the ability to bring joy to others and transform the way they see themselves. The relationships she has built with her clients go beyond hair—they have become like family.
Originally from Albania, Matilda has lived in the United States for 30 years. She and her husband reside in Ashburn, while her daughter lives in Richmond. To Matilda, family is everything.
