This patient was seeking to reduce the appearance of a gummy smile. Botox / Dysport was injected to relax the muscles of the upper lip. In doing so, the upper lip doesn’t pull back/thin out as the patient smiles.

Another positive side effect to a lip flip is the appearance of a fuller upper lip without lip filler!
